About this product
Ngeringa Single Vineyard Summit Pinot Noir 2024 is a vivid, finely built Adelaide Hills Pinot from Ngeringa, bringing together fragrant fruit, savoury complexity and the elegant line expected from this elevated biodynamic site. It is polished but not precious – a seriously expressive red with poise, energy and depth.
Morello cherry, redcurrant, ripe plum and wild strawberry lift from the glass, followed by earthy amaro, dried herbs, forest floor and a subtle spice note. The palate is concentrated yet graceful, with bright red-fruit crunch, fine-boned tannins and fresh acidity giving the 2024 Ngeringa Summit Pinot Noir a long, savoury finish.
The Ngeringa Summit Pinot Noir 2024 is tailor-made for roast duck, glazed pork belly, mushroom risotto or salmon with crispy skin. Its fresh acidity and gentle grip also work beautifully with charcuterie, grilled eggplant and truffled chicken dishes. Give it a quick decant or a light chill, then enjoy its layers as they open.
