Ngeringa Sheoak Chardonnay 2025 is a bright, quietly luxurious Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from Ngeringa, blending generous cool-climate fruit with polished oak and genuine finesse. It is a beautifully composed white that feels fresh from the first sip but has enough creamy depth to make a proper occasion of it.
Yellow peach, golden apple and crunchy quince lead the aromatics, chased by lemon zest, lemon oil and a flash of native-plum brightness. Creamy cashew, soft vanilla and gentle almond notes fold through the palate, giving the 2025 Ngeringa Sheoak Chardonnay texture and richness without losing its lively lime-driven line.
Pour the Ngeringa Sheoak Chardonnay 2025 with roast chicken, pan-seared scallops, creamy mushroom pasta or pork cutlets with apple sauce. Its mix of plush fruit and fresh acidity also works a treat with grilled barramundi, corn-fed chicken or a ripe triple-cream brie. This is a cracking Australian Chardonnay for the dinner table.
