Ngeringa Single Vineyard Summit Chardonnay 2024 is an electric, site-driven Adelaide Hills Chardonnay from Ngeringa, delivering extraordinary length, precise fruit and a thrilling saline edge. It is a refined, serious white with tremendous energy, where careful winemaking lets the vineyard’s cool-climate clarity take centre stage.
Salted lemon races through the palate alongside white peach, nectarine and fresh citrus, with flint, almond husk and restrained French oak adding savoury detail. Ripples of bright acidity create lift and tension, while subtle lees-derived creaminess and fine mineral grip give the 2024 Ngeringa Summit Chardonnay depth, shape and a remarkably persistent finish.
The Ngeringa Summit Chardonnay 2024 is made for premium seafood, from freshly shucked oysters and grilled prawns to seared scallops and butter-poached lobster. It also partners roast chicken, pork with apple and fennel, or a rich mushroom risotto beautifully. Serve lightly chilled to showcase every polished, citrus-charged layer.
