About this product

Ngeringa Single Vineyard Iluma Syrah 2024 is a deeply expressive Adelaide Hills red from Ngeringa, marrying cool-climate perfume with dark-fruit power and beautifully refined structure. This is serious, biodynamic Syrah with polish and detail – savoury, energetic and built to impress now or reward time in the cellar.

Blackberry, bramble and blueberry lead the charge, followed by juicy plum, wild forest berries and a compelling thread of mulberry. Cedar, black tea, charcuterie, graphite, beetroot powder and gentle herbs bring savoury intrigue, while Dutch liquorice, olive tapenade and white pepper linger through the long, elegant finish.

The 2024 Ngeringa Iluma Syrah is superb with pepper-crusted beef, slow-roasted lamb shoulder, venison or smoky barbecue ribs. Its savoury edge also makes it a brilliant match for mushroom ragù, chargrilled eggplant and aged hard cheeses. Decant before serving to reveal every dark, spice-laced layer of this exceptional Australian Syrah.
