Lunar Apoge Lirac White

Lunar Apogé Lirac White comes from Domaine des Carabiniers in the Lirac appellation, Southern Rhône, under Christian Leperchois, and is certified biodynamic. The varietal blend (50% Marsanne, 25% Roussanne, 25% Viognier) is vinified with indigenous yeasts, fermented at ~17°C, and sees lees stirring to build texture. Expect a robe of golden yellow, aromas of white flowers, apricot and citrus blossom. On the palate it’s vibrant and medium-bodied: stone fruit, zesty lemon, fine creamy texture, lifted acidity, with saline minerality framing a persistent finish. While this specific blend lacks broad critical scores, “Lunar Apogé Blanc” wines often receive in-range scores of 85-86/100. Perfect alongside seafood, soft cheeses, or poultry; best served at 14-16 °C.
