Ngeringa Single Vineyard Iluma Viognier 2025 is a thrillingly aromatic Adelaide Hills white from Ngeringa, delivering concentrated fruit, floral perfume and refined texture in equal measure. This is Viognier with serious clarity and restraint, showing the variety’s exotic character without ever becoming heavy or overly oily.
Peach, apricot and juicy guava burst from the glass, lifted by mandarin zest, rosewater, lemongrass and jasmine. Warming musk and orchard blossom add another fragrant layer, while an earthy mineral note brings definition. The 2025 Ngeringa Iluma Viognier finishes dry, richly flavoured and elegantly shaped by fresh acidity.
Pour the Ngeringa Iluma Viognier 2025 with roasted pork, fragrant Thai curries, Moroccan chicken or grilled prawns with chilli and lime. Its floral lift and plush stone fruit also shine beside creamy chicken dishes, roast pumpkin and mildly spiced Middle Eastern plates.
