Macquariedale Organic Wines Riesling 2026 is a bright, high-altitude Orange Riesling from Macquariedale, with fruit hand-harvested on the northern slopes of Mount Canobolas at an impressive 960 metres for piercing freshness and cool-climate finesse.
Delicate orange blossom and lifted citrus florals lead into a crisp, lime-zest-driven palate. A gentle hint of residual grape sugar softens the line without dulling its energy, making the 2026 Macquariedale Organic Riesling beautifully balanced between tangy refreshment, fragrant charm and clean mineral detail.
Reach for this organic Orange Riesling with fresh oysters, Thai green curry, Vietnamese rice-paper rolls or spicy pork dumplings. Its limey acidity and subtle sweetness tame chilli beautifully, while its floral lift makes every bite feel brighter, fresher and more delicious.
