About this product
Deep Down Blanc 2025, crafted by Clive Dougall in Marlborough from certified-organic Sauvignon Blanc, is a stylish dry white with floral lift, crunchy orchard fruit and a beautifully restrained, textural personality.
Pretty white florals, green apple and stone fruit rise from the glass, with citrus pith, sea spray and subtle herbs adding savoury detail. The Deep Down Marlborough Blanc 2025 is supple and creamy, yet driven by bright acidity, mineral freshness and a clean, saline finish.
Enjoy it alongside kingfish crudo, grilled calamari, fresh oysters, asparagus risotto, roast chicken or chèvre. Its poised citrus fruit and subtle texture bring out the best in seafood and lighter dishes, making it a distinctive white for a proper long lunch.
