Vivera Carricante Etna Bianco Organic 2024 from Vivera in Sicily is a refined volcanic white, led by Carricante grown on Mount Etna’s mineral-rich slopes. Bright acidity, taut saline detail and organic purity make this Etna Bianco a thrilling alternative to crisp Australian Riesling or Chablis.
White flowers, citrus peel and green apple open into lemon, mountain peach, fresh almond and crushed volcanic rock. The palate is dry and elegant, with juicy yellow plum and prickly pear notes balanced by a salty mineral line and bright acidity. Vivera Carricante Etna Bianco finishes long, savoury and sharply refreshing.
Pour Vivera Etna Bianco Organic 2024 with oysters, raw kingfish, grilled calamari, spaghetti vongole or soft ricotta-based cheeses. Its saline mineral drive and zesty freshness are made for seafood, while the subtle textural richness carries more robust Mediterranean dishes with real style.
