About this product
Windowrie Pig In The House Piquepoul Blanc 2026 is a cracking organic white from Windowrie in New South Wales’ Central Ranges, delivering the bright, saline snap this Mediterranean grape does best. Crafted from a cool season with excellent ripening conditions, it is a seriously fresh alternative for Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio drinkers.
Beurre Bosc pear, ripe lime and green apple lead the aromatics, followed by citrus, crunchy stone fruit and an unmistakable ocean-spray salinity. The palate is delicately dry, light-bodied and clean, with gentle fruit weight, refreshing acidity and a fine, crisp finish. Pig in the House Picpoul Blanc 2026 is bright, textural and wildly moreish.
This Central Ranges Picpoul is made for oysters, sashimi, ceviche, grilled calamari and fresh prawns. Its limey acidity and saline edge cut beautifully through seafood, while its delicate texture suits citrus-dressed salads and sunny afternoon grazing. Chill it properly, crack the shellfish and let this one do what it does best.
