Domaine Naturaliste Discovery Chardonnay 2025 is a vibrant Margaret River Chardonnay from winemaker Bruce Dukes, capturing the freshness, perfume and natural balance of the region’s cool southern sites. Harvested at moderate ripeness and matured for seven months in mostly seasoned French oak, it offers polished detail without sacrificing fruit purity.

White peach, grapefruit, lemon zest and jasmine leap from the glass, layered with melon, green apple and a soft suggestion of yoghurt, lemon curd and nutty lees. The palate is medium-bodied, silky and energetic, with citrus pith, fine mineral drive and bright acidity keeping the creamy oak influence perfectly in check.
