Mr Mick Sangiovese 2025, made by Tim Adams Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is a lively, medium-bodied red with bright Italian character and proper Australian drinkability. Crunchy red fruit, fine tannins and fresh acidity make it a brilliant choice when you want flavour and energy without heaviness.

Red cherry, raspberry and strawberry aromas are lifted by dried herbs, thyme and gentle spice. The palate is juicy and vibrant, carrying bright red fruit through a savoury edge with firm yet fine-grained tannins. Mr Mick Clare Valley Sangiovese 2025 finishes fresh and composed, begging for another pour.

Serve Mr Mick Sangiovese 2025 with pizza topped with prosciutto, tomato-based pasta, grilled lamb cutlets or eggplant parmigiana. Its acidity cuts through rich cheese and tomato beautifully, while the fine tannins handle chargrilled meats with ease.
