Mr Mick Tempranillo 2024, made by Tim Adams Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is a fresh, juicy red with bright fruit, smooth tannins and the easy-going charm that makes Tempranillo such a brilliant food wine. It is lively rather than heavy, delivering flavour and drinkability in equal measure.
Cherry and red plum lead the nose and palate, carrying right through to a clean, satisfying finish. A subtle savoury spice note adds interest, while smooth tannins keep everything soft and approachable. Mr Mick Clare Valley Tempranillo 2024 is bright, balanced and made to be enjoyed without overthinking it.
