Mr Mick Fiano 2025, made by Tim Adams Wines in South Australia’s Clare Valley, is a bright, textural white that shows exactly why this Italian variety has found such a happy home in the region. Generous fruit, fresh acidity and a dry finish make it a seriously good food wine.
Passionfruit pulp, ripe stone fruit and citrus burst from the glass, with fresh sage adding an appealing herbal lift. The palate is generous and concentrated, carrying its ripe fruit through a softly textured shape before precise acidity cleans everything up. Mr Mick Clare Valley Fiano 2025 is flavoursome, fresh and beautifully composed.
Serve Mr Mick Fiano 2025 with grilled calamari, lemon-roast chicken, creamy seafood pasta or pork belly with fennel.
