Aptitude Grenache Rosé 2025 is an exquisitely restrained salmon-pink rosé from Greg Clack, glowing with an onion-skin hue and built for the table rather than the poolside. This is a serious dry Grenache rosé, full of savoury nuance, mineral tension and quiet, confident charm.
Wild strawberry and white nectarine are threaded with pink peppercorn, dried herbs and a faint sea-breeze salinity. The Aptitude Grenache Rosé 2025 delivers redcurrant and blood-orange zest across a bone-dry, mineral-lined palate, while subtle earthy spice and a fine phenolic grip bring compelling textural depth.
Serve Aptitude Grenache Rosé 2025 with chargrilled prawns, grilled calamari, flame-kissed chicken, charcuterie, wood-fired pizza or roasted vegetables with romesco.
