From the first swirl, Peyrassol Les Templiers Côtes de Provence 2024 bursts with a cocktail of citrus zest, pink grapefruit and blood orange, layered over redcurrant, wild strawberry and white peach. The palate is light yet textural, with juicy white peach and apricot, very pure red berries and a hint of juniper spice, finishing round, saline and delicious, tightened by a line of tangy acidity that keeps it incredibly moreish.
