XO Wine Co Pinot Noir 2025 is a beautifully expressive Adelaide Hills Pinot from Greg Clack, blending fruit from Kuitpo’s Christmas Hill and Topnote vineyards with Kenton Valley to capture the region’s misty autumn charm, sandy-loam finesse and cool-climate vibrancy.

Fresh strawberry and red-cherry fruit leap from the glass, lifted by floral perfume, subtle earthiness and a fragrant savoury spice. Partial carbonic maceration brings juicy energy, while a measured portion of whole bunch fermentation lends fine structure and a deliciously sappy edge. The XO Wine Co Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir 2025 stays bright, graceful and dangerously moreish.
