Crafted by XO Wine Co with a portion fermented on skins and in seasoned French oak, this is Pinot Gris with flair.

Rose petal perfume, Turkish delight and lifted red-fruit hints lead into saline minerality, while a gently savoury edge adds delicious complexity. The XO Wine Co Pinot Gris Skin Contact 2025 has a plush, mouth-filling feel balanced by bright freshness and a fine phenolic grip that keeps each sip moreish.
