Lobethal Road Pinot Gris 2026 is a vibrant Adelaide Hills white from Lobethal Road Wines, hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed to capture crunchy orchard fruit, fragrant spice and the cool-climate freshness that makes it an absolute pleasure to drink.
Nashi pear, Jonathan apple and quince lead the perfume, lifted by delicate musk and warming cinnamon and nutmeg notes. The palate is dry and richly shaped, with juicy pear and apple fruit broadened by 20% barrel fermentation, then pulled into line by lively acidity and a stony, river-rock mineral finish.
Chill Lobethal Road Pinot Gris 2026 and serve with chilli prawns, crispy pork dumplings, Vietnamese chicken salad, roast turkey or creamy mushroom pasta. Its orchard-fruit generosity, subtle spice and refreshing dry finish make it a ripper with Asian dishes, while its texture gives it real range at the dinner table.
