Lobethal Road Shiraz 2025 is a vibrant Adelaide Hills red from Lobethal Road, bringing cool-climate energy and savoury depth to this classic Australian variety. Grown at the elevated Mount Torrens site and made in a restrained, food-friendly style, it is fragrant, spicy and built for those who enjoy Shiraz with finesse.
Rich, bright berry fruit fills the glass, layered with cracked pepper, fragrant spice and a savoury note that gives the wine real detail. The palate is medium-bodied and energetic, combining ripe dark berries with freshness, fine tannins and a lingering, complex finish. Lobethal Road Shiraz is polished, expressive and deliciously moreish.
Serve Lobethal Road Shiraz 2025 with chargrilled lamb cutlets, pepper-crusted steak, roast duck or smoky barbecue pork.
