Fresh and dried strawberry, red cherry, cranberry and burnt orange meet orange peel, juniper, nutmeg, smoke and flint. Sato Sur les Nuages Pinot Noir is medium-bodied yet concentrated, with juicy acidity, fine firm tannins and a mineral savoury line. French oak and extended skin time add depth without masking its vivid fruit.

Decant this Central Otago Pinot Noir for an hour and pour it with duck breast, roast quail, venison loin or wild mushroom pappardelle.
