Pepper Tree Limited Release Pinot Noir 2022 is crafted by winemaker Gwyn Olsen using fruit from the Orange region, NSW. Its bouquet welcomes you with forest-floor aromas, dark cherry and a hint of wintergreen. On the palate, expect spicy red cherry and raspberry, with delicate, velvety tannins and fine acidity that carry the wine through a lingering finish. Minerality is subtle but present – think damp leaf, underbrush and cool clay soils that give texture rather than raw power. Alcohol runs ~13.6%.
