About this product

Ngeringa Sheoak Pétillant Naturel 2024 is a wildly refreshing, lightly sparkling rosé from Ngeringa’s biodynamic Adelaide Hills estate, made for sunny afternoons, long lunches and spontaneous celebrations. This is a proper pét-nat with personality – vibrant, naturally expressive and deliciously easy to share.

Exotic flowers and musk lift from the glass, followed by pithy grapefruit, blood orange and ripe peach. The palate is a bright mixed-fruit rush, with gentle bubbles, crunchy citrus acidity and a dry, lightly textured finish that keeps each sip taut, zippy and brilliantly refreshing.

Chill the 2024 Ngeringa Sheoak Pétillant Naturel hard and pour it with salty snacks, fresh prawns, chilli-spiked fish tacos or a charcuterie board. Its citrusy snap is also a cracking foil for soft cheeses and summer fruit salads. One bottle of Ngeringa Sheoak Pét-Nat rarely feels like enough.
