MMAD Vineyard Rosé 2025 from Blewitt Springs in McLaren Vale is a pale rose–gold field–blend rosé that looks delicate in the glass but delivers serious energy, texture and refreshment. This MMAD Vineyard Rosé 2025 is drawn from old vines planted as far back as 1939, blending grenache, shiraz, cabernet sauvignon and chenin blanc grown in deep Maslin sands over ironstone to capture the whole vineyard in one glass.

Aromatically it lifts with violets, jasmine and blood orange, then cranberry, wild raspberry and sour cherry, layered with poached pear, red florals, dried Mediterranean herbs, souk spice and a gentle saline, mineral edge. The palate is bone–dry, textural and vibrant, showing red berries, cherry and citrus wrapped in good extract, bright acidity and a chewily sapid finish with a touch of grip, older oak and a little MLF adding subtle complexity. It’s both quietly serious and effortlessly drinkable – a modern Australian rosé built for the table as much as the esky.

On the food front, MMAD Rosé 2025 is a natural with prawns, grilled fish, mezze and antipasti, where its saline line and citrus crunch cut neatly through salt and oil.
