Mitolo Harena Grenache 2024 is a refined, limited-release McLaren Vale Grenache from Mitolo Wines, capturing the sand-driven elegance of the variety with striking clarity. It is red-fruited, savoury and beautifully restrained, delivering serious detail and finesse rather than sheer weight.
Violets, cherry stone, tart raspberry and blueberry lift from the glass, layered with dried herbs, exotic spice and a subtle earthiness. The palate is silkily textured and finely shaped, carrying bright fruit over a mineral core, savoury complexity and precise, powdery tannins that linger long after each sip.
Serve Mitolo Harena 2024 Grenache with lamb cutlets, duck breast, chargrilled quail or mushroom and taleggio pizza. Its fragrant fruit, mineral backbone and elegant tannins make this McLaren Vale Grenache a superb choice for sophisticated sharing plates, while its structure will reward several years in the cellar.
