Cantina La Vis Pinot Grigio 2024 is a bright, mineral-driven Trentino white from Cantina La Vis, offering more depth and texture than your average Pinot Grigio. Grown in the cool foothills of the Dolomites, it combines ripe fruit and honeyed perfume with crisp Alpine freshness, making it a cracking choice for seafood and easy entertaining.
Ripe pear, yellow apple and honey lead the aroma, with zesty lemon, tart apple, honeydew and a faint grassy lift adding freshness. Cantina La Vis Pinot Grigio 2024 is dry, fresh and quietly structured, showing stony minerality, bright acidity and a long, clean finish that gives this Italian white real presence at the table.
Pour this Trentino Pinot Grigio with fresh oysters, grilled swordfish, prawn linguine, calamari or sushi. It is equally good alongside creamy burrata, light shellfish tempura, grilled chicken or spring vegetable risotto. Serve well chilled at 10–12°C and let its crisp, mineral finish keep every mouthful feeling vibrant.
