Josef Chromy Sauvignon Blanc 2025 from Josef Chromy in Tasmania is a racy, cool-climate white that pairs classic Sauvignon Blanc aromatics with a distinctly Tasmanian mineral edge. Tamar Valley and East Coast fruit deliver vivid citrus, juicy nectarine and mouth-watering freshness in every glass.
Gooseberry, jalapeño, lime zest and ripe nectarine burst from the glass, lifted by grapefruit, passionfruit and freshly cut herbs. The palate is dry and mineral-driven, layering lemon, lime and grapefruit over a chalky texture, delicate phenolic tension and crisp, racy acidity. Josef Chromy Sauvignon Blanc finishes long, bright and saline.
