Quince and Granny Smith apples lead the bouquet with a hint of green steaminess alongside bright honeysuckle notes, white flowers and stone fruit aromas that explore the grape’s natural aromatics. The flavour is fresh and bright with crisp apple, pineapple juice and a little orange pith, finishing with great acidity and subtle oak nuttiness that contributes a slight buttery pastry vibe evoking an apple Danish.

This Clare Valley Pinot Gris pairs brilliantly with spicy Thai food where its touch of grip and structure cuts through rich flavours, while fresh seafood allows the wine’s clean acidity and stone fruit character to shine.
