Claymore Who Are You? Shiraz Mataro 2021, Claymore Wines, Clare Valley. This 65% Shiraz and 35% Mataro blend offers aromas of aniseed, soy, warm earth, black fruits, cloves, mulberries, and mushrooms. The palate is concentrated with firm tannins and serious length, reflecting a superb vintage. It’s a modern take on Shiraz blends, classy, complex, and finely crafted.
