It is bright, fragrant and made for the table, with freshness rather than weight leading the charge.
Sour cherry, red plum and wild raspberry aromas are framed by dried oregano, rosehip, warm earth and bitter orange. The Aptitude Macclesfield Sangiovese 2025 carries juicy red fruit across a firm, refreshing palate, with fine, powdery tannins and a subtly spicy finish adding the classic savoury detail Sangiovese lovers crave.
Serve Aptitude Macclesfield Sangiovese 2025 with spaghetti Bolognese, mushroom and rosemary pizza, grilled lamb cutlets, pork ragù, eggplant parmigiana or pecorino.
