Mottura Primitivo del Salento IGT 2024, crafted by the Mottura team in Puglia’s sun-drenched Salento, is a velvety, generous Primitivo brimming with ripe fruit, warm spice and easy southern Italian charm.shop.

Ripe cherry, mulberry and blueberry lead the nose, lifted by vanilla, aromatic herbs, liquorice, anise and a savoury hint of charcuterie. The Mottura Primitivo del Salento 2024 is full and harmonious, with soft tannins, rounded fruit and a long, spice-laced finish.

Match it with slow-roasted lamb, chargrilled sausages, ragù alla Bolognese, lasagne, barbecue ribs or aged pecorino. Its plush fruit and relaxed tannins thrive beside rich, rustic dishes, making it a seriously satisfying red for casual dinners and weekend feasts.
