About this product
Forrest Riesling 2025, crafted by Dr John and Dr Brigid Forrest from Marlborough’s Wairau River Valley and Southern Valleys, is a wonderfully aromatic off-dry Riesling with vibrant fruit, stony minerality and lip-smacking freshness.
Citrus, lime and white peach are joined by exotic stone fruit, ginger spice and a biscuit-like mineral note. The Forrest Marlborough Riesling 2025 is juicy and gently off-dry, its 8.8g/L residual sugar beautifully balanced by crisp acidity and a long, dry finish.
Serve it with chilli prawns, Thai green curry, pork dumplings, salt-and-pepper squid or washed-rind cheese. Its touch of sweetness softens spice while the vibrant acidity keeps the palate fresh, making it a seriously versatile white for food and effortless sipping.
