Fervor ‘Nonna Diana’ Fiano 2026 is a characterful Great Southern white from Fervor Wines, named for winemaker Callum Garland’s Tuscan grandmother and shaped by fruit from Mount Barker and Frankland River. Four days of skin contact, old French oak and lees ageing give this Australian Fiano vibrant flavour with real substance.
Tropical lychee and passionfruit aromas meet nashi pear, honeydew melon, subtle nuttiness and a gentle spice note. The palate is where the Fervor Nonna Diana Fiano really earns its keep: richly textured yet controlled, with elegant phenolic grip, bright fruit intensity and a clean, dry finish that stays fresh to the last sip.
Serve the 2026 Fervor Nonna Diana Fiano with lemon-herb roast chicken, grilled prawns, creamy pasta, pork cutlets or a seafood risotto.
