Fervor ‘Nonno Lou’ Sangiovese 2025 is a vibrant, Italian-inspired red from Fervor Wines, made with Mildura-grown Sangiovese and named in tribute to the Garland family’s Nonno Luciano. Spontaneous fermentation, restrained oak and unfined, unfiltered handling give this Australian Sangiovese a bright, honest personality with savoury depth.

Red plum, dark cherry and cranberry skin open with a gentle perfume of brown spice and earth. The palate is medium-bodied, juicy and balanced, combining sweet red-berry fruit with savoury detail, crisp natural acidity and long, chalky fine-grained tannins. It is fresh rather than heavy, with enough grip to reward a second glass.
