Lemon, lime, green apple and pear lead the aromatics, backed by white flowers, sea spray and a flicker of gunflint. Domaine de la Quilla Muscadet is bone-dry and light-bodied, with brisk acidity, a gentle creamy lift from six months on fine lees and a clean, stony finish.
