About this product
Isabel Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2025 from Isabel Estate in Marlborough’s Wairau Valley is a concentrated, estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc that brings ripe tropical freshness, savoury complexity and flinty mineral detail together in one seriously polished Kiwi white.
Yuzu lemon, sour grapefruit and passionfruit jump from the glass with gooseberry, jalapeño, coriander, fresh herbs and wet stone. The palate is fleshy and intense, layering lime zest and green melon over racy acidity, finishing long, chalky and deliciously precise.
Serve Isabel Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc 2025 with freshly shucked oysters, grilled prawns, lobster with garlic butter, kingfish crudo or goat’s cheese salad. Its vivid acidity and savoury mineral edge cut through rich seafood beautifully, while the tropical lift makes it a cracking aperitif for long lunches.
