Whipbird Pinot Noir UV, from the Oatley family’s Whipbird range led by winemaker Larry Cherubino, is a charming Victorian red that balances bright fruit with savoury finesse. Cherry and raspberry character, silky tannins and a gentle touch of oak make it an inviting choice for relaxed, flavour-filled drinking.

Cherry and raspberry lead the fruit profile, with subtle earthy notes adding depth and a savoury counterpoint. Fine tannins give the palate a silky mouthfeel, while good structure and length keep it satisfying beyond the first sip. A hint of oak spice completes this beautifully approachable Victorian Pinot Noir.

Serve Whipbird Victorian Pinot Noir with roast duck, grilled salmon or mushroom and thyme risotto.
