The Whipbird Pinot Noir 2025 opens with dark cherry, strawberry, cranberry and raspberry, layered with cedar, dried leaves and a hint of earthy undergrowth. Gentle vanilla oak adds polish without overwhelming the fruit, while soft tannins and lively acidity give the palate a smooth, fresh flow and satisfyingly long finish.
Serve this Victorian Pinot Noir lightly chilled with roast duck, peri-peri chicken, grilled salmon or mushroom risotto. It is equally good with prosciutto pizza, charcuterie and soft-rind cheese.
