Whipbird GSM 2025 is a vibrant McLaren Vale blend from Larry Cherubino, combining Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvèdre for juicy red fruit, gentle spice and a savoury edge that makes it brilliant value and dangerously easy to drink.
The Whipbird Grenache Shiraz Mourvèdre 2025 brims with raspberry compote, red plum and blackberry, layered with five spice, cracked pepper and dried garrigue herbs. Grenache brings perfume and soft fruit, Shiraz adds plush depth, while Mourvèdre delivers earthy savouriness. Fine tannins and fresh acidity make the palate smooth, bright and effortless.
