This 2024 Somos Pinot Noir is handpicked and 100% whole bunch, given three weeks of sealed carbonic maceration before wild ferment and a rest in French oak (around a quarter new), which builds crunchy cherry and raspberry, gentle stemmy spice and a silky, playful palate.

Aromas run to red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal and a touch of herbal, peppery lift from the whole bunches, while the palate is light to medium‑bodied with bright acidity and fine, powdery tannins that make it a natural candidate for a light chill.
