A fun little creation here from natural farming wine duo Si. Vintners.

For those interested, Baba Yaga is the name of a fabled Russian witch. This is skin contact Sauvignon Blanc seasoned with a dash of Cabernet Sauvignon for rosy colour and added flavour depth.

There were no additives or preservatives used during either farming or vinification, just the natural balance of the fruit given up by mother nature keeping this wine in peak drinking form.

An original take on Rose/Amber styled wines, and one with plenty of charisma.
