Offering typically intense aromas of cranberry, plum, and cherry cola, with lifted notes of sour cherry tang, Mediterranean spice and black olive. The palate is vibrant and juicy, textured by fine dusty tannins and underpinned by bright acid, finishing with saline minerals and a savoury edge.
