Robert Oatley Signature Series Pinot Noir 2025 is a vibrant Victorian Pinot crafted under Larry Cherubino’s watch, delivering juicy red fruit, gentle French oak and the silky, savoury charm that makes this an easy choice for lovers of elegant Australian reds.
Wild strawberry, red cherry and rhubarb lead the Robert Oatley Pinot Noir 2025, with subtle bramble, dried herbs and spice building complexity behind the fruit. It is light to medium-bodied and supple, with polished tannins, lively freshness and a delicate savoury finish that keeps the palate bright and moreish.
Serve this Victorian Pinot Noir lightly chilled with garlic and herb pork tenderloin, roast duck, grilled salmon or mushroom risotto.
