Paritua Stone Paddock Cabernet Franc 2021 from Paritua in Hawke’s Bay is a refined, small production red that showcases New Zealand Cabernet Franc at its most expressive, blending vineyard precision with serious drinkability and polish.

The aromatics are lifted and complex, opening with redcurrant, blackberry and dark plum, followed by dried herbs, graphite and a touch of cedar. On the palate, Paritua Stone Paddock Cabernet Franc 2021 is savoury and poised, delivering fine tannins, bright acidity and a long, gently earthy finish that speaks clearly of place.

This wine excels with food. Pair it with herb crusted lamb, grilled beef, duck or mushroom based dishes. It also works beautifully with aged hard cheeses, making it a confident choice for elegant dinners and cooler evenings.
