Paritua Red 2023 is a polished, organically grown Bordeaux-style blend from Paritua Vineyards in Hawke’s Bay, New Zealand, combining Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc from low-yielding estate vines. Spicy black Doris plum, wild forest berries, blackcurrant and blackberry lead the aromas, layered with cedar, vanilla, cocoa powder and baking spice. The 2023 Paritua Red is medium to full-bodied, with concentrated dark fruit, a silken mid-palate and fine, powerful tannins. Savoury oak and balanced acidity give the finish length, poise and a compelling savoury edge.
