Paritua Stone Paddock Scarlet 2024 from Hawke’s Bay is a deeply scented, Bordeaux-style blend that brings real polish and regional character, showing why Paritua’s gravelly vineyards are so well respected. It’s the kind of red that feels both smart and generous, with plenty of immediate appeal.

Black Doris plum, blackberry and blackcurrant lead the way, wrapped in baking spice, cedar and fine oak. Paritua Stone Paddock Scarlet 2024 has a rich full mid-palate, firm ripe tannins and a long, sumptuous finish that gives the wine real presence and drive.

Serve it with beef bourguignon, roast lamb, goose breast or slow-cooked beef, where its dark fruit and savoury spice will shine. This is a dry, full-bodied red with serious depth, making it a compelling buy for anyone after a structured, elegant New Zealand blend.
