The Barossa Shiraz is full-bodied, smooth, and fruit-driven with plum, red licorice, blackberry, and peppercorn flavors. The Eden Valley Shiraz is velvet-smooth with blackberry, redcurrant, peppercorn, and mint-chocolate notes, balanced with sweet fruit and a satisfying finish. Both wines are well-structured, offering richness, polish, and good aging potential.
