This Giant Steps Circle of Fifths Pinot Noir 2024 uses 42% whole bunches and 15% new French oak, bottled by gravity unfined and unfiltered for maximum purity and texture.

In the glass you’ll see a vibrant dark–red core with lighter edges, and gently brooding aromas of wild black cherries and raspberries, cranberry, blue fruits, fennel–seed spice, violets and a whisper of whole–bunch sap and woodsmoke. The palate is medium–bodied, silken–bordering–on–velvety, layered with blue, red and black cherry/berry fruit, mint, undergrowth and subtle reductive spice, framed by fine “lint–like” tannins and bright acidity that stretch the finish long and savoury. It’s complex and seriously moreish, with enough stuffing to age 5–8 years while already drinking beautifully.
