Flowstone Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is a confident Margaret River red from Flowstone Wines, delivering dark berry fruit, classic regional freshness and a savoury, complex personality that makes this a seriously appealing Cabernet Sauvignon for the table or cellar.
Hedgerow fruit, blackcurrant, raspberry and dark sweet berries unfold with dry herbs, anise, vanillin, mint and smoky game notes. The palate is medium-bodied and firm, powered by bright acidity and dry, sinewy tannins, while plum, cacao, fennel seed and subtle pistachio-like savouriness carry through the long finish.
Decant Flowstone 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon for roast lamb, ribeye, venison pie, beef cheek or aged cheddar.
