Flowstone Queen of the Earth Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 is Flowstone Wines’ flagship Margaret River Cabernet, a powerful, beautifully composed estate red named for Lake Cave and built with profound dark-fruit concentration, savoury complexity and impressive cellaring structure.
Blackcurrant, ripe blackberry and dark plum meet smoked tobacco, dried herbs, graphite, cedar and a meaty, earthy edge. The palate is dense and layered, with deeply concentrated fruit, cocoa-like savouriness and firm, textural tannins. It begins supple, then tightens through a long, dry finish that demands time and rewards patience.
Decant Flowstone Queen of the Earth Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 for rosemary-roasted lamb, slow-braised beef cheek, venison loin or a well-marbled ribeye.
