Dryridge Estate ‘JACK’ Shiraz 2024 from Dryridge Estate in the Megalong Valley is a deliciously distinctive cool-climate Shiraz, delivering bright red-fruit energy, dark-chocolate richness and fragrant spice with real Blue Mountains freshness.

Chocolate-covered raspberry, red berries and blackcurrant set up the nose, while cracked pepper and exotic spice build with air. The palate is fleshy and generous, yet lively acidity keeps it vibrant; soft, velvety tannins frame lingering coffee, cherry and cocoa notes for an elegantly savoury finish.

Decant the Dryridge Estate Jack Shiraz for smoky barbecue lamb, rare char-grilled steak, slow-cooked beef ribs or sticky pork belly. The wine’s peppery lift, supple tannins and dark-fruited depth make it a superb red for serious protein, fireside dinners and relaxed entertaining.
